Everything came perfect and beautifully protected. Had an issue where the Mac would identify it but wouldn’t let me add it. After a few restarts and plugging everything back in and out. Figured out the cable for the Touch ID was going in wrong. Had plugged it in the wrong orientation. After that little mishap was fixed it’s been working great!

I ordered this on the 1/18/25. It still has not arrived. It appears to not be coming and perhaps is lost. The package bypassed me and went to a whole different state (GA) and I don’t have a clue if I’ll ever get it. At this point I just want my money back. I’ll order else where.

Put brand new RAM and SSD in. Plugged it in, turned it on, and no chime. Nothing. Tried different RAM and another SSD. Nothing. Emailed customer support, no response.

The cards are working but arravied here in a very dirty condition. The gpus had a lot of old thermal paste on it. Why not cleaning them bofore selling the parts?
