Can't say enough about PartHaven. I was doing an upgrade on my mid-2011 iMac 27" that I'm trying to hold onto. As I was following some instructional video from OWC (which were great) I broke an IR Sensor trying to unplug to get access to the drive area. Wow, it was broken. In the middle of the night. I was broken. The upgrade was almost finished then that happened. I searched everywhere online from eBay to places unknown. Actually purchased one on eBay but it had some delivery date that I couldn't understand. I kept the order in but kept searching. That's when I came across PartHaven. I saw the part and began the purchase. For some reason, in the middle of the night someone was manning the Chat box. I was able to ask questions and got confidence in the purchase and delivery. The part arrived according to plan (the eBay one still hadn't come). The iMac is working the PartHaven part. No issues. I come here first for my part and their counsel and support. This is a great! I highly recommend them.
